A sore winner...
I find the actions of this community member to be that of an educated hood rat. If my statement based on an observation didn't have any truth or merit then why take it so personal? Maybe there was a "silent count" being conducted. Or maybe the entire "Stop the RCS merger" was plagued with ethical and moral shortfalls. Their campaign was that of a "smear campaign" often launched by the lesser candidate during election time. Yes I did dare speak against the group, and the No Merger group didn't like to debate with me because they had no real reason that could be back by hard actual evidence or facts.

Blog about face...
A community that sticks together should share together. If we are worried about debt and wasteful spending, let's ponder tax payers dollars earmarked for fire prevention being spent to support a political action to stop a school merger. Even if it came out of fundraising accounts, is that what we support the fire department for is so a few can support there own political agendas.
Maybe if the pro-merger group had a place to hold there rallies at no charge and received financial support, maybe the vote would have been closer.
Those that work or have worked for what they have deserve to know how their tax dollars or community support dollars are being spent, especially when maybe not spent appropriately
